Shipping Policy

1.Order Processing

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Costs

-Domestic orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of $12 will apply.

- International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Girl Glow Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products. Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are also non-returnable.

- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@thegirlglowclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

2. Return Shipping Cost

- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

4. Damaged Items

- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Cancellation Policy**

Order Cancellations:** Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
